Creation of a Comprehensive Evaluation Framework for a Precision Mental Health Collaboratory

  • Project Summary: The PCYMH Collaboratory at CHEO is pioneering a new approach to pediatric mental health, combining genomics, neuropsychology, and digital tools to personalize care. In collaboration with the Collaboratory´s leadership, I led the design of its first comprehensive evaluation framework — including the logic model, theory of change, performance indicators, and knowledge mobilization plan — to support learning and accountability. Implementation is now underway.
