Developmental Evaluation of a Novel Neuropsychological Care Pathway

• Years Active: 2022–2023
• Project Summary: This initiative developed a new neuropsychological care pathway — integrating digital tools, EHRs, and redesigned workflows — to improve pediatric mental health. I co-designed iterative logic models and prototypes with four clinical teams, and led real-time data collection via clinician surveys, interviews, and patient feedback.
• Methods: Developmental evaluation, participatory logic modeling, process mapping, budget impact analysis
• Collaborated With: Clinical teams, hospital leadership, patients and caregivers
• Impact: We  published our findings in the Archives of Clinical Neuropsychology . The project was also featured by the CHEO Research Institute. A Phase 2 project has been approved.
