Evaluation of a National Health Workforce Initiative in Ghana

This $12M initiative contributed to national strategies for health system strengthening through workforce development , pediatric nursing education and emergency preparedness across Ghana. As lead evaluator, I oversaw mixed-methods research and evaluations, co-designed 15 clinical assessments, supported e-learning scale-up for 20,000+ health workers, and led donor reporting and capacity-building efforts.

- We published our findings in journals of Human Resources for Health BMC Nursing, and the Journal of Nursing Education & Practice.
