Project Summary: IGNIT3 is a multi-country global health initiative focused on advancing nutrition outcomes for marginalized groups across Ghana, Malawi, and Pakistan. In collaboration with partners, I led the development of the successful $20M grant proposal — coordinating partners, conducting environmental and stakeholder analyses, and writing the application´s Theory of Change and Performance Measurement Framework under tight timelines. The initiative was selected through a highly competitive process and publicly announced by the Government of Canada.
